Justin founded The CRESI Group following his tenure with another local team that had hundreds of millions of dollars in closed sales volume, across the entire team. He has personally assisted over 100 families with their real estate needs since beginning his career in 2019. Starting as an Inbound Sales Assistant at his previous firm and progressing to a Listing and Buying Specialist, Justin eventually assumed the position of Sales Manager for the entire office. Being part of a high-volume organization for so long, and assisting in so many transactions, you start to see what is being done right and where improvements could be added. The truth of the matter is that Residential Real Estate is a very competitive industry and the only way to stand out, is to offer an unmatched service, deliver exceptional results, and put our clients interests above all. I was born and raised on the Jersey Shore and have lived in multiple beautiful towns in Monmouth and Ocean Counties! My biggest achievement is my amazing family. I've got a gorgeous and supportive wife and two high-energy young boys. I'm a supporter of small businesses (specifically coffee houses) and a believer in home ownership. Buying or selling real estate is usually one of the largest investments you'll be making, and I don't take that lightly. I have built a highly skilled, hand picked team to ensure that if you work with us, you'll never want to work with anyone else. Achieving a black belt in a Japanese style of karate and building my own window cleaning company in high school are among my proudest accomplishments. Now, as part of the real estate industry, I’m driven to achieve even more.

I was born in Miraflores, Lima, Peru, and my life took a transformative turn when I migrated to New Jersey in July 1999. Adjusting to a new culture and language was challenging, but it also opened my heart to the endless possibilities this country offers. Graduating from Toms River High School North in 2009 and furthering my education in collision repair and HVAC-R at OCVTS were milestones that shaped my path.

As a teenager, I spent my summers working in the drywall industry, where I discovered the power of hard work and resilience. These experiences taught me that we have a choice: to be part of a system or to create our own. For me, the key has always been to keep learning and to adapt to whatever life throws my way.

Today, I’m incredibly blessed with a loving wife and four beautiful children who inspire me every day. Together, we run a family-owned drywall business that serves communities all over the Garden State. We know the importance of delivering not just great service but also a sense of trust and reliability.

As I step into my real estate career, I’m more excited than ever to use my bilingual abilities and deep knowledge of construction to help others achieve their dreams.
